The Panama national football team represents Panama in international football. The team is controlled by the governing body for football in Panama, Panamanian Football Federation, which is a member of CONCACAF and the regional UNCAF. Panama qualified for the FIFA World Cup for the first time for the 2018 tournament in Russia.
Panama finished as runners-up in the 2005 Gold Cup and 2013 Gold Cup. Panama has also competed in the sub-regional Central American Cup championship which they won in 2009.
Panama will be playing in Group G with Belgium, Tunisia and England.
